You can check the status of your order by going to your “Order history” area once logged into your account on our online store. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a tracking number from our delivery service, which will handle your shipment.

Yes, both individual customers and professionals can place orders on our online store. If you are an individual, simply leave the “Company information” field blank when creating your account.

Your invoice is available once your order has left our warehouse.

Once available, your invoice will be visible in your order history.
