Sicomin has decided to introduce a loyalty program and a referral program to reward our most loyal customers and those who recommend our online store.

Several reasons may explain why you are unable to use your Sicopoints:

  • Your order has not yet been marked as delivered.

  • You do not have the minimum number of Sicopoints required to exchange them for a discount voucher.

  • Sicopoints vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.

To become a referrer, you must invite your friends using the Referral Program link available in your account. Once your friends have created their account, they receive a welcome discount voucher valid on all products in the online store.

When referred friends place their first orders, they earn points—called Sicopoints—for their referrer, based on the value of their cart. Accumulate Sicopoints to convert them into discount vouchers and use them on our online store.

You can find all your Sicopoints in your personal area: My account > My rewards.

You can also view the history of your rewards as well as your discount vouchers.

You can generate discount vouchers using the Sicopoints earned from your orders on our online store.

It’s very simple: once logged into your account on our store, just go to “MY ACCOUNT” → “My Rewards” to view your Sicopoints.

To convert your rewards into a discount voucher, simply click on “Convert my rewards.”

You can then either add this discount voucher directly to your active cart by clicking “Add to cart,” or, during your next order, copy and paste the provided code into the dedicated “Discount voucher” field.

Finally, click “OK” and the reward will be applied to your upcoming order.

For each purchase made on our online store, the customer receives loyalty points called Sicopoints.
You earn 1 Sicopoint for every €10 spent on the website www.boutique-resine-epoxy.fr.

Accumulate as many points as possible to exchange them for discount vouchers valid on all of our products.
