I can’t use my Sicopoints — what should I do?

Several reasons may explain why you are unable to use your Sicopoints:

  • Your order has not yet been marked as delivered.

  • You do not have the minimum number of Sicopoints required to exchange them for a discount voucher.

  • Sicopoints vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts.
