Description
  • Epoxy system for boat building: bonding, lamination and wood coating.
  • System adapted to hot and tropical countries
  • Simple mixing 2/1 per volume
  • Flexible working time: 3 hardeners available
  • Polymerized at room temperature, not sticky surface, shiny.
  • Sticks to all woods
  • Excellent resistance in a marine environment.
  • Low toxic formula, not allergenic (phenol and amine toxic free)

SD 8453, for lamination, bonding, fillers and casting.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Mixing ratio per weight: 100 / 45
  • Mixing ratio per volume: 2 / 1
  • Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  1200 + 50 (CPs or mPA.s)
  • Pot Life of 500g mix at 20°C:  2 H 40
  • Reactivity: Standard
  • Tg1 max:  76 °C

AVAILABLE KITS :

  • 1.45 Kg of mix (resin 1 Kg + hardener 0.45 Kg)
