Description

ISOBOND 735 is a two-component epoxy system in cartridge form for quick composite bonding /
and allows bonding between certain pairing of metal/ composites.
The reactivity allows a good adhesion after hardening from 20°C.
The bonding will be at its best after a post cure of a few hours between 50-60°C and will resist under continual stress between 60-65°C

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:

  • Mixing ratio per volume: 2 / 1
  • Viscosity of mix at 20°C:  25 000 +5 000 (CPs or mPA.s)
  • Pot Life of 100g mix at 20°C: 37 mn
  • Reactivity: fast
  • Tg1 max:  88 °C
