High mechanical resistance carbon fiber recommended for composite parts that’s will have to suffer high mechanical stress with a minimum weight. Weaving, Twill 2/2 allows a better drapability.

CHARECTERISTICS:

  • Weaving:  Twill 2/2
  • thread: Carbon HR (High mechanical resistance) 6 K

Composition:

  •  Warp:  140 g/m², AS4C GP 6K
  •  Weft:   140 g/m², AS4C GP 6K
  •  Thickness of dry fabric:   0.28 mm

 

Average thickness of laminated fabric:

  • By contact (Mf = 0.23 to 0.27) e =  0.71 to 0.60 mm
  • Vacuum   (Mf = 0.51 to 0.56) e =  0.32 to 0.29 mm
