Description
  • Borosilicate based Hollow glass microspheres, chemically stable, non-porous and unsolvable in water.
  • Specially formulated for resistance under compression
  • Low alkalinity: compatible with most resins, viscosity and properties stable with time.
  • Non-flammable
  • White filler

Sphere shape:

  • Optimal Volume/surface ratio
  • Low consumption of resin
  • Lower viscosity at equal load density
  • Shrinking and resin saving
  • Adapted to projection, casting and modeling

Areas of application for the Glass Cell:

  • Fillers: relief before lamination of alveolar foams, finish before painting.
  • Filling up function by the resin volume, synthactic foam
  • Mechanical performances and chemical inertia

CHARECTERISTICS:

  • Appearance: Powder
  • Color: Blanche
  • Average Diameter: 70 microns
  • Maximum Diameter: 125 microns
  • Oil absorption: 310 - 360
