FK 1000 P / FK89 is an external release agent supplied as a semi-hard paste.
It is formulated to reduce mold application and polishing time.
It is specifically designed for polyester, epoxy, acrylic resin, and polyurethane systems. Apply 4 to 5 coats when starting a new mold. Buff and wait 30 minutes before molding.
After proper preparation and a sufficient number of releases, a single application of FK 1000 P / FK89 is sufficient for mold maintenance.
It is easy to polish and provides parts with a very high gloss finish.
