Solventless epoxy coatings must be sanded and carefully dusted before any coating.

The resin and hardener should be mixed thoroughly and then the fillers added. Mix for at least 5 minutes with a perfectly clean mixer at slow speed
until a creamy liquid with a uniform color is obtained.
Shear and smooth the mixture on a clean, flat surface before use.

Two types of mactic or coating:
Ready to use systems: MixFill 100 (filled resin and filled hardener)
- Mix the base and the hardener (2 / 1 by weight or by volume).
- Mix until you obtain a creamy liquid with a uniform color.
- Shear and smooth the mixture on a clean, flat surface before use.
- No dilution
- Apply with a spatula or ruler.
3-component systems: unfilled resin + unfilled hardener + filler.
These more economical systems allow the thixotropy of the mixture to be adjusted according to the desired need.
For example, to produce a low density coating that can be easily sanded to correct geometric defects:
- Dose SR 1500 resin with SD 2503 hardener (100 / 33 by weight or 100 / 37 by volume).
- Mix the resin and hardener thoroughly.
- Gradually add Mix fill 100 between 2 and 3 times the initial resin/hardener volume.
- Mix until you obtain a creamy liquid with a homogeneous color.
- Shear and smooth the mixture on a clean, flat surface before use.
- No dilution
- Apply with a spatula or ruler.
