Hygiene and safety
Epoxy resins can be used safely if certain rules and precautions are followed:
- The resin/hardener mixture is corrosive and can irritate the skin or eyes in case of contact.
- Wearing gloves, goggles and appropriate work clothes is highly recommended.
- It is recommended to wear nytrile or neoprene gloves (no latex) and a cartridge mask.
In case of skin contact, wash immediately with plenty of soap and water.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

In case of insufficient ventilation, working in confined spaces, or for people with respiratory problems, it is strongly recommended to wear a device equipped with an A2B2 organic vapour cartridge or to extract the vapours.
Wear a dust mask during sanding operations.
- Do not smoke, drink or eat in the epoxy preparation and application areas.
- Do not wash hands with solvent.
- Read the instructions on the label on the back of each package.
