Surface Preparation:
Remove any loose pieces of concrete.
Remove dust.
Caution: Do not work on surfaces soiled with oil, grease, ... if this is the case it is imperative to degrease the area to be treated (methylated spirits for example).
The surface must be clean and dry.
Realization of the mixture:
Prepare in a beaker the mixture of SR 8450 resin with SD 8453 hardener (or SD 8451 in hot weather or large chips to repair).
Recall 2 volumes of resin for one volume of hardener.
Scrape the bottom and sides of the cup well.
Once this first mixture is done, add between 1 and 3 volumes of Filite.
The final mix can be done with a trowel by adding more Filite to obtain the desired consistency.
To avoid resin build-up, add a little Silicell.
Application :
Trowel, float.
Clean tools with alcohol.
Use disposable latex gloves.
